  1. be residents of the Ottawa-Gatineau region

  2. be 18 years of age or older

  3. not work in the market research industry

  • Short answer: There isn’t one. You try a product, answer a few quick questions, and get paid.

    Long answer: Testing is a standard part of the product development process. To make sure real people show up, participants are offered incentives like cash or gift cards to participants.

  • It depends on the test, but typically includes food, drinks, beauty products, home goods, or personal care items. We always tell you what you’ll be testing before your session.

  • You get paid in physical cash immediately after your session. No waiting and no follow-up required.

  • All studies are anonymous.

    The questionnaire may include optional questions about your age, sex, income, and first language. Your responses are never linked to your name and cannot be traced back to you.

    We only collect your phone number to schedule your session. This contact information is only kept if you choose to be notified about future studies.

  • No. You can join a single test or come back for more in the future. If you’d like to hear about new opportunities, we can text you when studies become available.

  • If you’re open to participating multiple times, we can text you when new products become available for testing. There’s no obligation, and you can stop receiving messages any time.
